Cypress College

  • Cypress College provides state-of-the art, hands-on automotive diagnosis and repair education and training. 
  • The General Automotive and Toyota Training and Education Network (T-TEN) programs are National Automobile Technician Education Foundation (NATEF) certified. 
  • The  T-TEN program is a cohort program with Toyota specific course work and paid internship time at a Toyota or Lexus dealer.

Fullerton College

  • Fullerton College students learn to diagnose malfunctions and perform proper vehicle repairs. Offering ‘hands-on” learning, students train in high-tech equipment, training aids, lab vehicles, and also service customer cars. 
  • The Automotive Technology Program curriculum is flexible and accommodates students during either fall or spring semesters. 
  • Programs and instructors are certified by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) and the State of California Bureau of Automotive Repair.

  • The Automotive Technology program at Golden West College is designed to provide students with the opportunity to successfully prepare for careers in the automotive service industry as entry-level technicians or other related occupations. 
  • GWC is certified by the National Automotive Technicians Education Foundation (NATEF) and its courses and instructions align with NATEF requirements and standards.

  • The Automotive Technology programs at Saddleback College are designed to prepare students for employment as Automotive Technicians. 
  • Students may also complete their Associate in Science requirements and prepare to transfer to a four-year college. 
  • Training is given in both theory and practical skills in the operation, maintenance, and repair of all types of automotive systems.
