Our mission is to develop highly skilled automotive technicians ready to join the workforce in Orange County. We provide outreach, support, scholarships, internships and training for high-tech careers in the automotive industry to students, veterans and others in Orange County.

We need more technicians to keep Orange County moving! OC Driven for Success partners with OC's high schools and community colleges that offer excellent training for careers that offer growth, job satisfaction and six-figure earnings potential.

In the past five years, 500+ students in our program went on to attend an Orange County community college to earn a certificate in Automotive Technology. We're helping youth who are gifted mechanically to develop great career potential.
Scholarships
73 Students Awarded Auto Technology Scholarships in 2022
We are thrilled to announce that OC Driven for Success has awarded scholarships to 73 students in Orange County for the 2022-2023 academic year. The scholarships provide funds for Community College fees, textbooks, tools, safety equipment and tuition.
In addition to financial support, OC Driven for Success connected each student recipient with an Orange County dealership and students were invited to tour the business.
